Winnie Chan Wang is the self professed Queen of compassion and transformation, She takes on this title because she understands the vital importance of being compassionate, towards ourselves and others, in order for transformation to take place. This is because once we can show compassion, we can let go of anger and victim mentality, taking ownership and radical responsibility for our own happiness, wellbeing, and becoming our highest self. Yet often the route to true compassion is through the shadows. Winnie is a licensed acupuncturist and intuitive healer who inspires people to turn their wounds into their power and move from victim to the victor of their story. And the only way to do this is to get into the depths of shadow work.

On this episode, Winnie and I share about our own experiences with shadow work, beginning to live with an open heaart, and how to trust the timing, relax, and let things come to you. We also touch on how all of these things ultimately allow for happy, healthy, and fulfilling relationships and greater joy.

Winnie is a licensed acupuncturist, intuitive healer, and a professor in acupuncture at Alhambra Medical University. She is passionate about teaching people how to release the trauma from their bodies with Traditional Chinese Medicine and mindfulness meditations.
