Therapy / Healing Work

For anyone seeking deep and focused healing work and resolution, I offer ongoing as well as single session therapy sessions for couples, individuals, and families to address deep-rooted and long-standing concerns, dysfunctions, or internal misalignments. Whether manifesting as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, disruption in relationships or general life dissatisfaction, I work with the individual to uncover root causes and enable true healing of trauma, negative thoughts, core false beliefs, shame, guilt and fear that can keep one stuck from experiencing their true self and full potential. Once roots causes are identified, we can begin the work of healing and creating internal restoration. I incorporate tenets of Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work which I find produces an effective blend to open pathways for change. I consider the work done in therapy to be a collaborative process based on trust and a sense of safety and security for the client, which is the primary focus in my work.

For those who are wanting to work through a specific issue or situation yet not necessarily needing long term therapy, Single Session Therapy is a unique and effective option. I offer 90-minute one-off session to provide a space to explore any major, overwhelming or confusing concern with a third party, objective professional who can help you gain greater coherence within a situation and formulate a plan forward.
