Significant trauma often leads to suffering in silence; feeling alone in grief, shame, hurt, and sadness. It can be hard to imagine that we can ever overcome our trauma or see it as having any benefit towards our personal growth and development. Yet with so many of us living with a history of trauma, a new perspective is needed. That’s where Stephanie Hutchins comes in. Stephanie has made it her life’s work to help shift  painful beliefs around trauma into a sense of empowerment from the courage shown to overcome them. On this episode I have a beautifully inspiring conversation with Stephanie about what it means to grow and thrive after trauma. She shares incredible guidance and resources to navigate that path from trauma to triumph. We discuss how to begin looking at trauma not as a place of disadvantage, rather as a place of power and strength and to have pride over what we have been able to perceiver through. How we can change the meanings we’ve placed behind our experiences and our past in order to flourish and shine.

Stephanie herself overcame early life trauma to be be hugely successful and impactful in the healing and empowering of others. Stephanie M.
