It’s a New Year and with it come a whole new slew of twist and turns and challenges to make you question everything you thought was healed and resolved within you. Woohoo! What a fun ride this life is, eh?! The good news is that life dolling out these hurdles means you’re Soul is on a path of growth and evolution. You’re ready to level up which almost always comes down to accepting yourself as you are, even when you feel faced with perceived failure or disappointment. 

On this week’s solo episode, I offer you all the gentle reminder that you are a Divine Feminine, continuous work in progress and deserve the utmost respect and grace for yourself as you navigate the twists and turns of this year. There will be times when you feel like you didn’t show up how you would have liked, that’s OK. There will be times when you respond in a way that feels yucky and like regression, that’s Ok. All along you’re still growing and evolving and learning. I share some personal anecdotes, both recent and from years path, that illustrate experiences of doubting and questioning myself and how I’ve come to understand these moments. I also offer the idea that just because we deviate from what we consider to be our highest, most aligned expression doesn’t mean you’re not progressing on your path. Or that you don’t have beautiful wisdom, support, guidance and kindness to share with others.
