It’s amazing how we can feel like we’ve reached a place of peace, confidence, and acceptance of ourselves until we step into the outside World. Entering into situations where we feel overlooked, unnoticed, called out, or that we don’t fit in can disturb the stability we create within ourselves through healing and spiritual work. So when we get knocked off our path of self assurance and love, how do we get ourselves back on track?
On this episode I give examples of situations that can cause us to feel like we’ve lost touch with and begin to question ourselves. I share my thoughts on how and why this happens, why it’s a common experience, and how we can begin to strengthen our relationship with ourselves to avoid such disturbances in self confidence in the future.
