Happy Winter Solstice everyone! I hope this long night finds you safe, cozy, healthy, and content as we move into another cycle around the sun together. While we’re taking this time to slow down, gather with family, & hopefully have time away from work and obligation, I wanted to offer some thoughts on giving yourself a big internal hug as well.
On this identify & Heal solo episode, I’m sharing about the importance of taking time to find the parts of our emotional body that could use some nurturing, comfort, and attention during this time of rest. Acknowledging all that you have accomplished, overcome, & all the growth you’ve had this year.
